About the event
An Afternoon full of Fellowship, Wisdom, Peace and Love
Swami Yatidharmananda (call him Swami or Swami Yati) will lead and participate in our afternoon program:
- 12Noon to ~1:30PM Swami Yati will lead us in Yoga Nidra practice. The Sanskrit word Nidra means "sleep". This practice does not require a mat, and is conducted while lying on the floor. It is deeply healing and restful. It is recommended for everyone!
- 2PM to 3PM We will serve a simple meal with wholesome Chai, Vegan Soup and Fresh Garden Salad
- 3:30PM to ~5:30PM Swamiji will join for our monthly online Satsang, zoomed from Quiet Farm
